Subaru prices Uncharted compact BEV

All-electric Subaru Uncharted priced as Solterra, Trailseeker discounted Down Under

18 May 2026

SUBARU Australia has priced its new Uncharted electric compact SUV from $59,990 plus on-road costs as pre-orders open across the country.

The news comes as Subaru Australia announces discounts of up to $4000 on its battery electric Solterra and Trailseeker ranges.

Offered in a single, highly specified grade, the Uncharted features equipment highlights such as a 14.0-inch central infotainment touchscreen, a 7.0-inch digital instrument panel, 360-degree camera system, native sat nav, and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity.

Dual wireless phone charging pads are offered as standard, as is a digital rear-view mirror, LED ambient cabin lighting, and a 10-speaker harman/kardon audio bundle.

The model is powered by a dual-motor electric driveline outputting 252kW (combined) to all four wheels. The Japanese importer claims a 0-100km/h acceleration time of 5.0 seconds, and up to 522km (WLTP) range courtesy of a 74.7kW lithium-ion battery pack.

DC fast charging is offered at up to 150kW, allowing a 10-80 per cent charge time of “around 30 minutes”. AC charging is available at a rate of up to 22kW, while vehicle-to-load (V2L) functionality is offered at a rate of up to 220V/1550W.

The small segment, five-seat Subaru Uncharted is further offered with 20-inch alloy wheels, 211mm of ground clearance, synthetic leather upholstery, eight-way power adjustable front seats with heating, rear outboard seat heating, a heated steering wheel, and a powered tailgate.

Alongside these features are adaptive cruise control, adaptive driving beam, autonomous emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, driver monitoring, emergency driving stop system, front and rear parking sensors, rear cross-traffic alert, safe exit assist, and more.

Optionally, the Uncharted is available with a panoramic roof ($1200) and the combination of a panoramic roof and two-tone paint ($2400).

“The Uncharted needs to be experienced to be truly understood, it will surprise you in all the best ways,” said Subaru Australia general manager Scott Lawrence.

“It’s super energised, nimble, corners on a dime, and makes you feel like the car constantly wants more from you.

“It carries the ground clearance of an SUV but the soul of a performance car. That’s the result of taking the best Subaru engineering and pouring it into one exceptionally well-crafted Sport Electric Vehicle.”

Effective this week, the larger Subaru Solterra and Trailseeker BEVs are available from $61,990 (-$2000) and $63,990 (-$4000) reflecting what Subaru Australia says is an “ongoing commitment to delivering excellent value for its customers”.

Subaru customers who have recently purchased or ordered a Solterra or Trailseeker are encouraged to contact their Subaru Retailer for further guidance on how this update may apply to their purchase.
